We have been made aware that third parties are attempting to use the registered names and logos as well as description of Imperial Gold Maca™ brand for different "scams."   One example of such a scam is a made up review.  Essentially, the consumer is provided a fake review of the product brand which is totally false and made up, and the review attempts to steer the consumer to another product associated with the scammer's review.

Please be aware that has no involvement in these reviews and that trademark and property rights of Imperial Gold Maca™ are being violated.  

If a company would step in the direction of falsifying deliberately its alleged reviews then caution should be used buying any product from such a company. Since it's integrity is demonstrated by their actions, the product they sell may be tainted or dangerous in someway.
